Agile approach: iterations, client feedback and acceptance gates

Agile means flexible, iterative project management for us — continuous collaboration with the client and collecting feedback is the foundation of every sprint. Many entry points (CRM, payments, reports, AI), and we tie delivery together with AccordGate Flow: consultation, acceptance and revisions before the next stage.

TensorFrog delivery method

AccordGate Flow — from idea to testing

This is how we combine Agile with a decision gate: continuous collaboration, client feedback and consultation → acceptance → revisions before the next stage — without surprises in scope and budget.

01

Idea

Business goal and context — we start from your situation, not the stack. Priority backlog built together with you.

Iterative model — we return to the gate as many times as needed until both sides confirm readiness for the next step. After each gate, separate pricing for the next stage is possible.

Commercial model

Stage-based pricing in Agile — budget and scope control on your side

We do not sell “the whole system in one price” without discovery. Each AccordGate stage can have its own quote, accepted before work starts — standard in B2B projects where requirements mature with feedback.

  • Predictable cash flow — we invoice for the agreed stage, not for an undefined remainder of the project.
  • Fixed price where scope is closed — increment, go-live, discovery package after deliverables are defined.
  • Flexibility where discovery is needed — discovery and analysis with an hour cap or a clear cost ceiling.
  • Change request = backlog — priority shifts do not break the whole contract; we price the next increment separately.
  • Right to stop — after stage sign-off you can end the engagement without a “penalty” for an unused mega-contract.

Discovery

Pricing model

Time & material with a capped hour limit or a fixed fee for a workshop package — priced before start, no obligation for later phases.

Deliverables / sign-off

Process map, priority backlog, risks, architecture recommendation and a proposed phase split with cost ranges for next increments.

Decision gate: After discovery you decide whether to move to detailed pricing for the first increment.

Stage scope acceptance

Pricing model

Fixed price for a clearly described increment (user stories, done criteria, exclusions) — priced only after scope is defined together.

Deliverables / sign-off

Increment specification, demo plan, acceptance definition, sprint schedule and one amount for this stage (not for a “whole year project”).

Decision gate: AccordGate gate: scope and pricing accepted → implementation starts.

Increment / sprint delivery

Pricing model

Fixed fee for agreed sprint package or a single increment; out-of-scope work as a separate backlog item with quick change-request pricing.

Deliverables / sign-off

Working product increment, demo, short iteration report, decision log and updated backlog for the next quote.

Decision gate: Increment sign-off → you jointly decide on the next stage (continue, adjust, pause).

Production go-live

Pricing model

Separate estimate for go-live: migrations, hardening, training, monitoring — scope separated from feature build to avoid hidden costs.

Deliverables / sign-off

Rollout plan, runbook, security checklist, cutover support and stabilization period (as agreed in the offer).

Decision gate: Production readiness accepted before launch to end users.

Maintenance and evolution

Pricing model

Monthly retainer (SLA, fixes) or pricing per increment — backlog evolves Agile; each major feature can be its own fixed-price stage.

Deliverables / sign-off

Ongoing support, prioritization with your product owner, regular demos and predictable invoicing rhythm.

Decision gate: Periodic contract review — scale up or down without renegotiating the entire agreement.

What does it look like in practice? Intro call → discovery (quote A) → increment scope acceptance (quote B) → delivery → sign-off → decision on stage C (e.g. next module, integration, reports). For maintenance: retainer or further increments — always with visible scope and amount before start.

We do not publish pricing online — every organization has a different context (compliance, integrations, data). We will tailor the pricing model to the stage and risk: info@tensorfrog.it

TensorFrog engagement model

15 years of B2B experience, AI in delivery, Agile and AccordGate Flow — a predictable process without a rigid service catalogue.

  1. Understanding the needYou point to a scenario or area — no need to know the technology stack upfront.
  2. Solution fitWe tailor architecture and iteration order: business value first, then scale and integrations.
  3. Sprints with feedbackDemos, retrospectives and scope adjustments — AI speeds up engineering without lowering production standards.
