Privacy policy

tensorfrog.it is a static B2B marketing site. We do not run user accounts or marketing analytics. Below we explain what happens when you browse the site, pass Cloudflare checks, and use the contact form.

Data controller

The controller of personal data is the operator of TensorFrog.it (TensorFrog).

How the site works

Content is served through Cloudflare (CDN proxy and abuse protection). Before browsing, you may see a short Cloudflare Turnstile check (“confirm you are human”). On /kontakt the same Turnstile protects the contact form from spam.

The contact form does not POST data to our application server — it opens an email draft in your mail client. We only receive what you actually send to [email protected].

What data may be processed

  • When browsing: IP address, browser headers, request time — processed by Cloudflare (technical and security logs).
  • Turnstile (site entry and/or contact form): technical signals sent to Cloudflare to distinguish human from automated traffic (see Turnstile documentation).
  • Contact form: name, email, message and optionally company plus extra context — only after you send the email. Tax ID (NIP) is collected later, when we prepare an offer.
  • We do not use our own ad pixels, Google Analytics or similar marketing analytics on this site.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Site security and abuse prevention (Cloudflare, Turnstile) — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).
  • Handling B2B enquiries — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contract steps) or (f) (business contact).
  • Legal compliance where required — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Recipients

We use Cloudflare, Inc. for infrastructure and Turnstile. Cloudflare may process data outside the EEA under its own transfer mechanisms (including standard contractual clauses).

Email from the form is sent via your mail provider — an independent controller from us.

Retention

  • B2B correspondence — for the time needed to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, longer for legal or legitimate business records.
  • Cloudflare logs — per Cloudflare retention and account settings.
  • Cookie remembering verification (tf_human_ok) — about 7 days, then it expires in the browser.

Your rights

You have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f), and complaint to your supervisory authority.
