TensorFrog delivers Android mobile applications — for the client, to an agreed scope. The first stage is one agreed process and an accepted quote, before build starts. iOS is not in the offer.
Android apps
TensorFrog delivers an Android mobile application for the client. The scope is an agreed process: who uses the app, what task it covers and what record goes back to company systems. It is not a store-catalogue product and not a marketing site.
We agree the goal and how we will measure it before work starts. We do not promise percentage savings without a baseline.
The application runs on an Android phone. The user signs in, sees the list and the status, then writes the record back to the source system. Notifications enter only when they are in scope. Work without a connection is not the default — it enters only when the process requires it and the quote provides for it.
A browser panel is not the main product in this offer. It enters when the same process needs a back-office: list, status, roles and history. Views depend on the role. The panel does not replace the Android app and is not a marketing site.
The application calls APIs of systems the company already has — when that system is in the offer. The contract describes the event type, the user, the record and the status. Wider integrations and the backend are described under IT solutions and end-to-end delivery.
After go-live the application needs fixes and alignment with new Android versions. Maintenance enters when it is in the contract: scope, response time and a separate amount or a retainer. It is not hidden in the build price. The next process or a back-office panel — a separate quote after sign-off.
One agreed process in the Android app: sign-in, list, status and writing the record back to the source system. A quote before build. Discovery is paid and starts after the quote is accepted. After sign-off: a web back-office, notifications, the next process or maintenance — each with its own quote.
